Don't drag me into this. Me and Phi both have 32 games next week, but he may not have Peja. It'll be a close one. I need to win to hang on to 5th place overall. Not bad considering the start I had (1-5) and the fact that I've lost three freakin' games by a total of 13 points!!! But I'm not bitter about it.
I don't know how I won our game, Finn. My team did everything to try and lose. Murray had a pathetic 2 point game, Magliore had an 8 and a 12 point performance and Shareef missed a game. Luck was on my side in this one.
Good game Pimp. My team played like crap. Delk's lack of performance hurt, but my leaving Miles (90), Rose (86) and Ilgauskas (84) on the bench was the difference. Bad coaching cost us this game. I need to win both remaining games to reach 10 wins on the season (a goal I set while dwelling on the bottom with VOR/Clutch ) Should be a tough one this week against Crisco. 31 games each.
The only way that I won't win the Eastern Division is if Phi wins both of his last two games, and I lose both of mine. Even so, I probably wouldn't stand a chance against the Pimps or the Blacktop anyway (I'm 0-2 against both teams), but if I make it to the championship game, I will consider this season a success.
Assuming I can win my last two games we'll be facing each other fade(I told you before the season to keep my trophy clean! ) Not to be looking ahead too far, but it looks like the final "game" is two weeks(4/8-4/17) long and that we'll pretty much have the same number of games.
Bwahaha... nobody stood a chance against the former Blacktops... these losers I'm sporting now can be beaten by anyone. I'm already looking forward to next year where I dominate, then summarily choke at the end. I'm seriously contemplating naming my team the "Houston Heimlichs" next year. Haha.
