Can someone break down the trades? My brain cant comprehend it through the website interface (Aggie education).
Deal 1 Sucka Free (Flash21) traded away: -E. Brand Spurs...yep traded away: -Kevin Martin. Deal 2 Washington Rednecks (new owner da_juice) traded away: -Kevin Durant -Roy Hibbert Sex Cauldron (moe) traded away: -Antawn Jamison -Andray Blatche -Paul Milsap
Wow! That trade is worse than my Danny Granger trade. Might as well hand over the title to moes now. Not like I have much of a chance at winning it anyways. I would have at least given up Bogut for Durant, plus what's he (da_juice) gonna do with all those PFs?
Lineup is correct, thanks Pimp. And nice try prying away Wright. There is a reason I traded Wade to get his ass.
R.Pimp -- Just letting you know that JJ Hickson has gained center eligibility on ESPN, so I made the appropriate change on our league site. Evidence: http://games.espn.go.com/fba/tools/projections?slotCategoryId=4 This makes me very happy as I was quite thin at center. PS: Can't believe these insane trades...
Do ya'll really think it was a bad deal for the new guy? Frankly I don't. I think it was a good trade for da_juice.
Antwan Jamison had a great night tonight, and to be honest it doesn't look like my team is going anywhere. So I might as well pull a memphis grizzlies and stack one guy. That and the first time I logged in and I'm bombarded with trades.
Call dibs on Casspi. I know he's a FA but the site isn't letting me pick him up so RP is gonna take care of it maƱana. Thanks.
Good news, good news "The Chicago Sun-Times speculates that Joakim Noah (thumb) could return as soon as mid-February. We haven't heard from Noah since he got the pins removed from his hand yesterday. He is trying to get back ahead of schedule and although mid-February sounds aggressive, it's certainly possible. Noah should be owned in all formats -- he was averaging 14.0 points, 11.7 rebounds, 1.6 blocks and 1.2 steals before going down. He'll quickly ramp back up to a top-30 fantasy player and anyone that dropped him will regret it." Top-30 may be pushing it, but he is welcomed back with open arms for the title run!
Dude, what's with all these lame counter offers. I mean really? Rose, Love, and Ryan Anderson for Westbrook, Wright, and Matthews you've got to be crazy. Love is probably the best player in this format and it would be loco to give him away without at least a stud like Durant or so. And the other 2 guys have been ballin outta their minds.
Those 2 games Deron Williams lost to injury cost me this game. Sammy's win over my squad coupled with moe's loss (such a tragedy after the Durant trade) makes it a much better battle for 2nd in the West (barring more injuries to my squad of course). And props to da_juice for turning the Rednecks around! You're not outta the cellar yet, but I think you could make a run.
Once again I get cute with a marginal player with 4 games and he gets injured right away. Oh well, I'm still coming for your ass Pimp.
