If we get #2, draft Beal and piss off Washington

If we move to #2 overall it better be Beal of MKG

If we did move up and took Robinson. I would be extremely pissed.

I don't see Robinson transitioning well to the NBA game.

He is a undersized power forward. Great energy and motor but I dont see him being worthy of the number 2 overall pick.

LOL. I can't believe people are still repeating this "Robinson is undersized" meme. He's 6'9". He is the size of a prototypical power forward.

He is 6'8 with a 7'3 wingspan (watched NBA Combine)

    Not 6'9

He has a NBA body but he looks short.

I know SF that are 6'8 and play SF not PF most PF that are legit 6'10-7ft.

He's 6'9" in shoes which is the way ALL players are listed (in shoes). 6'9" is a stereotypical NBA power forward.

Kansas forward Thomas Robinson measured 6-foot-8 3/4 in shoes with a huge 7-3 wingspan. Any concerns teams had about him being undersized for the position will start to melt away after those numbers.

Not going to debate about a inch.

But technically I'm right but I can see where we are both right.

Still compared to some of the bigger PF KG, Pau Gasol and others... Robinson is undersized.

I don't see him being a star or a solid player. Serviceable yes. A good rotation of the bench guy is what Robinson will be. Good defense and hustle. I think he will struggle offensively at the NBA level.

I like the Rockets and Bobcats but the Bobcats are my #1 team. I'd love to see these two teams pull off a trade, the Bobcats need pieces and this is such a deep draft. I really don't think there is a huge difference between the top-10 prospects and the prospects projected to go in the mid-late first round. How would the deal work? We get 14, 16 y'all get 2? Wish the Rockets would throw in Dalembert then draft Drummond lol. Throw in Dalembert the Bobcats will throw in 31? Idk I'm terrible at predicting trades.

I can guarantee you he will be listed at 6'9" in the NBA. You're not debating over an inch, you're debating over a quarter of an inch.

Barkley was less than 6'5" -- with a mean streak and a motor that never quit.

Not worth moving from #5 to #2. This is like the NFL draft last year where #7 was basically equivalent with #15 so the Cowboys jumped up for peanuts. In this case though, #5 is the peanuts pick and it would take a heck of a lot more to go from 5 to 2. So screw it; I don't believe anyone besides Davis will become a superstar, and without that kind of ceiling it's not worth it.

Never said they were remotely the same player, so don't try to put words in my mouth. It's obvious I'm saying that you can't judge a PF solely on height, especially when he's only an inch or so shorter than the average at the position.

Thomas Robinson is WAY overrated man

he is a solid player, but people are making it seem like he is a DOMINANT number 2 in any draft.

We can agree to disagree, but I think he has franchise player written all over him.

Do it. Just do it Morey. Do something. I know 14,16, and 18 are good. A top 2 pick may mean star potential.
