As we all know, Bobby Brown will be going to training camp with the Rockets with a chance to crack the roster. He's been torching everyone overseas from Italy to China, and the list goes on. At 31, his game doesn't really require too much athleticism so he still has a lot left in the tank. He's an excellent pick n roll player, in which D'antoni incorporates into his offense quite a bit. He is also good at getting to the rack and just has that knack putting the ball through the hoop.
He also has been working out with James Harden all summer and they have a good chemistry going. I think out of him, GPII, and Isaiah Taylor, he's the favorite to make the team and the most ready to contribute immediately. He's the owner of the famous 74 point game in CBA and 41 point game in Euroleague playoff game, which set the record for most points in a single game. I think his experience, D'Antoni's offense, hunger, and chemistry with Harden all favor him and will give him a chance to have a breakout year.
