Will you not hold the draft at the bbs? If so you do not have to have all signed up before starting the draft. I think our draft started with 3-4 members not signed in yet, and SSG signed up when we were in the 3rd round!

You should be able to go to commisioner tools and set up the draft order. It should have a button that lets you randomize it. Click that button then post the results in a new thread called Minor league draft or something like that. Then the person with pick one should have 24 hours or so to make their pick. I will try to keep up with a chart similar to the one in Bob's thread as to who has picked and been picked. It should be a serpent draft so whoever has the last pick in round one has the 1st pick in round 2 and so on as we go thru the draft. What other info do you need and maybe I can be of assistance on it. CK

moe, I posted on the first page of this thread to include chrisjent in this league. He was in mduke's league last season and should be included in this one as well.
