It definitely lands in the good enough category -- I had half a closet filled with somewhat old Bose, Sony, Yamaha, Fischer, etc equipment that was much too involved to deal with.
Only rich kids had those. We po folk just used our lungs. When I was younger and doing door-to-door sales, I only had a few people ever use them out of the thousands of front door speakers I saw.
