Another interesting thing about Jake, is he had an OPS higher than .800 each month, April - July, last year. He was bad in August and the handful of September games before he was out for the year. It’s that April-July stretch that we all want to continually see.
Kemp isn't near the defender and baserunner that Jake is though. In terms of who has the better skillset for 4th outfielder, advantage Marisnick.
Seems like he's made some loud outs... what's the BABIP the last several weeks? We all know he's prone to slumps and is streaky... but for some reason, this time around, doesn't seem as bad as past ones. Maybe its because he's not striking out as much and still managing to get on base. Anyways, unless its due to injury, we know he'll eventually get torrid again. Bregman OTOH... he's making a strong case to be on the all-star team.
