I would disagree with even the contention of "much" of the Muslim world.

Well then I also stated that I strongly doubt they would be stoned. Do you have a response to that? In which case much of both the Muslim and Christian world would have a similar response to these women.

Tacking back for a moment though I would like to see your evidence that women dressed like that would be stoned in much of the Muslim World in the first place.

Do you think that women's rights in the majority of the Muslim world are acceptable?

I think you have to be specific about what rights you are talking about. Women in the majority of Muslim countries have the vote and have property rights. My understanding of Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan and India (which together have more Muslims than the Middle East combined) women have as much rights as men, at least on paper. So yes I believe women's rights are acceptable if not always upheld in practice.

Further from what I have heard is that the Qu'ran and the Hadith also guarentee certain rights to women and that a lot of the problems regarding women's rights have more to do with culture than religion.

He did say "stoned" specifically. Sanctioned sure but again there are non-Muslim societies that would sanction women for dressing like that.

Which ones? And does that make it any better, that Muslim societies curb women's rights?

Indecent exposure (which is also known by other terms, such as "sexual misconduct", "public lewdness", or "public indecency") is prohibited in all states. It is a criminal offense punishable by fines and/or imprisonment, and in some states a conviction results in having to register as a sex offender. However, the definition of what constitutes indecent exposure varies, and some states permit local governments to set local standards

I have better things to do than trying to decipher incoherent ramblings on a 5-year old's level.

If you are trying to compare indecent exposure laws in US states to the ridiculous ways of forcing women into mobile jails in islamic countries, I laugh at you.

There are parts of the Western world where women dressed like that would be raped and then blamed because they were "asking for it."

You might not like the means of execution, but it's not like Western countries don't execute people either.

No, Sadly your reading compreshension skills continously fail you.

Im not comparing at all, simply stating that indecency laws exist in all countries. Failing to follow the law gets you in trouble. Fairly simple logic to follow.

Did you forget that you yourself asked which non muslim societies would sanction women for dressing inappropriately according to societal norms?
