I meant the tea party started to grow to what it is today during Obama's reign...It may have been started during the Bush presidency, but the hyper growth and movement happened under Obama's watch...
Well the fact that her will to defend herself against stale charges rather than move forward which most of the rest of the nation seems to be doing, and her having a petty little pity party about how mean everyone is to her on the day of the memorial to remember the victims and heroes of Tuscon tragedy makes this quite expected.
