Blazers are kicking Celtics Ass

    Yeah, but still... I think the trend currently favors the west. 98-07 7 of the l9 NBA champions were from the West. Before that the trend favored the East, between 89-97 all the champions were East...that is except us Rockets. When a conference loses a lot they increase their lottery chances...every few years a Duncan or Wade enters the league and changes everything. West got lucky by winning the Championship and still picking up Franchise players...ie Chris Paul, Oden, Durant maybe, Yao, Amare, Melo. The East is balancing out with James and Howard but are quite a ways away. If Minn gets the first pick and Seattle picks up the second, Rose and Beasley (potential Franchise players) also pack West.
