The concept of color intrigues me. I call this blue color. You also call this blue color. But are we indeed seeing the same color?
Classic. In one part of the drunken tirade fatty says he doesn't see color and that we shouldn't see color, then he says the "dark" guys could always beat him up.
No, anyone can see a difference. I was pointing out that the difference was no more pronounced than seeing anyone who is different. We are taught predjudice. And I feel some is taught through the media and history books also. Nice to shove in "drunken tirade" rather than sticking to facts. As much as people got all over New Yorker for taking personal jabs, I see a hell of a lot of people do it on this section of the board.
There's plenty of ethnic groups I wouldn't have sects with. For instance Indians and that crazy Thugee sect from The Temple of Doom and don't get me started about all those White Lotus and Evil Sects that Chinese guys in Kung Fu movies are involved in. Plus what about all those white sects getting together in Idaho and Montana with guns and waithing for the apocalypse? If you ask me sects with any ethnic group is a bad idea. If it was up to me we would all become asectsual or at least homosectual.
This is all Harlem Elementary? I transferred there from Crockett in Third Grade; but it was for GATE, so I all my classes were with Ms. Cherry, Judd and judgemental Jeffers ("that's pathetic"). I believe my younger brother had Glover, though. I remember having weekly sessions with Mr. Eagleton when my parents were getting divorced (filed in 4th grade, finalized in 6th...some good, high stress years there). Anybody remember watching Wizard of Oz, Legend and Amadeus every year in Ms. O'Dell's music class? Remember the talent show? I played "Day-O" on the piano one year, after watching Bettlejuice.
