Blaming Mobley or one player for the offense isn't the answer

Heech, I always bring the Kings up because you can't be afraid to make your team better. Actually corliss was traded to Toronto for Christie because of the failed Nick Anderson experiment. That same summer, Derrick Martin was gone in favor of Bobby Jackson and Barry was sent packing essentially for Jon Barry. After that White chocolate and the 55 wins they won were sent packing for a guy who was a better shooter, defender and steadying influence on the team. Webber didn't like it at first either, but after he saw what Bibby brought to the table, he probably knows now that Bibby is better for winning games and Williams is better for sportscenter. The Kings aren't through either because fter going 7 games wih the Lakers and 60+ wins, they add Keon Clark. This is the reason I think when healthy, this is the best team in the NBA.

Basically they traded Corliss and his 13pts 6 rebs for Peja 20 pts and 6 rebs. They traded Barry ,Williams,Martin and Anderson for Jackson,Christie and Clark. Did I mention they picked up a guy in Jim Jackson who is threatning to make Hedo trade bait as well as grooming a up and coming Ricky Davis type on the bench in Wallace. If you don't win the title, your team always have room for improvement. Management know what best for the team, not players. If Francis gets mad because his buddy was traded, so be it. This team is much better equiped now to survive without Francis or Mobley than in yrs past. I don't want to se it happen, but I'm willing to bet we wouldn't go on a 16 game losing streak without Francis this yr like last yr.

Bottomline is this team needs to improve greatly no matter how anyone look at it. Think about this scenerio: If the Rockets don't make the playoffs and has to give Memphis a lotto pick. Evereyone know West made a deal with the devil a long time ago. What if they're lucky and win the lotto like we did this yr and gets James. How many people would be mad that we didn't make the 8th or so playoff spot. How many people would really want to see that team with Gasol and Gooden along with a guy like James in there also. I know i wouldn't. Atl has to give up their pick this yr to Memphis or Detroit as long as its not #1. How do you think they'll feel if they wind up with the #2 pick and it goes to Memphis or Detroit. A team really don't want to give up a high lotto pick if they can help it.
