Then he wouldn't have passed it immediately. And McGrady doesn't penetrate anymore. That's how I can tell you don't watch the games. You just watch old youtube clips of him.

Well, I'm glad to see that he's trying harder on the GARM than he is on the court.

this forum and the blogs on chron.com are examples of places we fans can go nad have been going. if management is watching things closely as they should, then they have enough reasons to do something already.

the only reason i'm still watching games, as i have in the past 20 some years, is because i still care about this TEAM and this SPORT (silly, huh? i know.). but if this team keeps losing and doesn't make some great things happen to meet fans' expectations, before long you will see more and more empty seats in tc. it's just natural. and les knows about it too.

He penatrated like 2 times last night fool. Did you watch the game? He scored on one of them and passed to Yao who missed on the other.

No matter how bad things are, I will never stop suporting my Rockets.
We need to get more people going to games and get more people hyped
up in there. The Toyota center being dead certainly does not help our team...

    And furthermore...

    TRUST IN THE MOREY!!!

We can blame all three for sucking this season, but there's only one of them who plays with zero effort.

Yao sucks but at least he plays hard every night. You can't question his passion for the game. Same with Artest.

If he was 50 percent on scoring while penetrating, why did he stop?

Wait...I think I know the...Oh yeah, he stopped caring.

I am sorry, but your argument was doomed from the start.

When you are paying a man $20 mill a year to play basketball, the least he can do is PLAY!

I still have hope for T-Mac, but his act is getting tiresome even for someone as optimistic as me.

I just wish he would keep his mouth shut and just try to give some effort out there.

If he can't score b/c of his knee at least focus on D then. That is all people are asking of him.

I will agree with the OP that when you get beaten that badly by an inferior team it is a team loss. T-Mac quit but a good team finds ways for the other players to step up when one player isn't carrying his load, for whatever reason. Just look at what the Celtics did when Ray Allen dissapeared on offense last year.

That said I don't think T-Mac should be given a pass for his lack of effort.

Did you watch the game on FSN?

When Bill talks about Grady's effort being horrible... it shows you something. He has been with the Rockets more than I lived. I'm pretty sure he knows when it is a player's fault (no effort) or a coach's problem.

Ray Allen didn't quit though. He at least didn't stand on the half court line and do nothing. He didn't let someone just dunk right pass him.

This is true, but don't use Allen to compare to TMac. Ray wasn't shooting well, big difference from not trying. The Rockets were playing 4 on 5 anytime Tracy was in the game.

Reply to this question please. I see where yall are coming from saying Tmac didnt give any effort. So you are saying that when he doesn't give effort the Rockets wont win? Yao and Artest and others couldn't step up last night to get the win? Yeah, Tmac gets paid 20mil, he should play like it. If he doesn't, then alot of people wont be happy. Im not happy with the way he has been playing, but all the blame can't go to him. Aren't we supposed to have a BIG 3? 12 pts from Yao and maybe 9or11pts for Artest is better then Tmac's 4. Why wouldnt they have more points if he only had 4? Why the hell was Wafer to come in during the 4th and be our leading scorer and player of the game? We have 2 superstars that are more healthy then Tmac, why couldnt they step up? Trying and getting the job done is two different things. Once again, I am not happy with Tmac's play of late. Blaming him for everything isn't gonig to make the team better.

So you wanted Tmac to foul just because there was a a guy who hustled for a steal and ran the fast break? Keep in mind please, Artest threw the stupid pass to Tmac. Why should Tmac be a poor sport and foul?

It's a team game, so a team loss. But you see Yao and Artest, and Battier, giving effort, but shots just dont fall. Yea, Yao missed easy layup, but he did the work to get to that position, just needs to finish stronger. Tracy STANDS NEAR HALFCOURT AND DOESN'T GET INVOLVED IN THE OFFENSE. how can you possibly defend that.????

Because TMAC is the supposed leader of the team, and his quitting is contagious.
