First of all, I don't wish injury on anyone. Griffin is an exciting player to watch and the NBA is a better product with him on the floor. I hope he has a speedy recovery.

Now how it affects the Rockets. On the plus side, we've struggled against the Clippers in the past and if the Clippers fall out of the playoffs or are missing Blake for the playoffs that would make things a lot easier for the Rockets.

But here is what I fear: The Suns have been losing big lately. It's possible both the Clippers and Suns could fall out of the playoffs entirely. Who replaces them? The Thunder and the Pelicans. Suddenly the Pelicans pick isn't in the lottery in that case. I'd definitely be less than thrilled about that.

He'll be back sooner than some people think. I saw the wound that eventually became infected, it was very superficial. This is mostly precautionary since it is located so close to a joint.

Did slam on someone and catch a tooth on the elbow?

Apparently he has that elbow drained frequently. Could've happened during one of those procedures.
