CP3 for Kyrie in the offseason. Swing Love back home to the Clippers (where he can reunite with another L.A. native and former college teammate Westbrook), Melo to the Cavs, and Griffin to the Knicks. Lebron gets the super team with his pals that he wants. Walking commercial Blake goes where the lights shines brightest, and Love goes back home to L.A.

Wait I just thought about that......That would mean Kyrie and Westbrook with the Clips. Do a 3 way trade with Kyrie, CP3, and another star player. Boom.

You can't sign and trade with another player anymore right?

Only if Griffin says he'll sign long-term, which I doubt he'd do. In that case, OKC still gets nothing.

...and if Durant sees the Clippers as his first option.

Durant would have to opt in for any trade scenario with Griffin to work. Blake was born and raised in OKC, but he's outgrown it. He's the face of the Clippers, he won't be going anywhere. CP3 for Kyrie though? That makes a ton of sense. LeBron and CP3 have always wanted to play together.

I forgot Griff was free next summer. 2017 will be a nice free agent class. I think Westbrook is free also

2015 first round Warriors vs. Pelicans Jrue Holiday (among others) injured
second round Warriors vs. Grizzlies MiKe Conley injured
third round Warriors vs. Rockets Patrick Beverley injured
championship series Warriors vs. Cavs Kyrie Irving injured
2016 first round Warriors vs. Rockets Patrick Beverley injured
second round slated to be Warriors vs. Clippers Chris Paul injured

if the Trailblazers do advance, Lillard is doomed

but, on the other side of the bracket, Ty Lawson still lurks . . .

Griffin and Paul exiting the playoffs? Looks like they're ahead of schedule this year.

That would be a terrible trade for the Clippers, i hate CPFlop but he's a great player, Irving is soo overrated...he does have a lot of talent, probably top 10 in the league, but he's also soo immature...he hasn't grow a bit in these last years, he can't run a team, too selfish and always looking for the spectacular play, can't play defense, he's like a better Jamaal Crawford at this point. Paul is just on another level. Ah yeah, Irving is also injury prone.

Theres zero incentive for durant to lose his money and agree tp a s+t unless he absolutely demands to play for the clippers.

Be a dysfunctional franchise for 30 years?

Draft players that lack maturity, and then put them in an environment where they don't learn good habits and lack professionalism?

It isn't all bad luck with the Clippers, same with the Rockets.

Dumb, poorly coaches players..... well play like dumb, poorly coached players.

As much as injuries suck, they wouldn't have defeated GS anyway, even w/o Curry. Livingston would have made CP3 "work" to get those points and I would take Draymond in a matchup over Blake. As much crap as the Rockets have rightfully earned this season, the unquestioned "mental midget" franchise, for a number of years, have been the LA Clippers. Anyone that picks them to win it all would be let down one way or another year-after-year.

Durant is a FA this summer, not next year like Blake.

Let's see. They had a racist owner...

Chris Paul is a dirty flopping sob
Blake broke his own hand by punching a guy.
Deandre back stabbed or back tracked a verbal agreement and the acted like a pu$$y hiding.

    Hmm I'd say karma.

Didn't the clippers say earlier in the season they would blow it up if they don't get past a certain round?

I agree, that does make lots of sense. Cleveland gets the better player and, more importantly, an excellent two-way player. LA gets the younger player. But the age is kinda irrelevant for Cleveland--their window is James' remaining late-prime and Paul fits that.

While this is true, most people expect him to re-sign for a year in Oklahoma City and explore his options next year when the cap jumps a second time.

It's possible that he could try to jump to a team like the Warriors, but quite unlikely.
