Not surprising. How the mighty have fallen.

The Colts are a mess. Why would they wait this long and lose out on the possibility of Jeff Fisher? Their management is terrible. I think this division is going to belong to the Texans for a while.

pretty obvious this was going to happen. jim caldwell was never the coach of the team, peyton ran the show, numerous times you saw peyton argue with caldwell. think he lost a lot of players too after he sat the players instead of going for perfection a few years back too. i wonder how many times caldwell called one thing and peyton went out and did another.

Players wanted him to stay including Manning. It was Irsay's decision.

Something about the new GM/intern doesn't seem right... Looks like an intern with no jacket/coat.

interesting...i'm not sure every player wanted him back, i'd have a hard time believing that. i thought i heard mortensen on espn say he had lost players in locker room for the resting of the players those years. then again, its espn, guess cant believe everything they say.

    I don't think Caldwell got the full shake . . .
His team was aging and in decline
    That is on the GMs

Interesting that they would hire the man who worked under Whisenhunt.
