As far as notebooks go, your best bet is to check around tomorrow for Cyber Monday deals/ads that will come out tomorrow. Most places won't start their sales till Monday.
Guys.. If you go to Staples.com and then search for "external drive" in the search box at the top, you will find the WD 2TB drive at the Cyber Monday price. If you click on "Add to Cart" from this page you will be able to purchase it at the 69.99 price. It is still showing the old price if you use the link that was provided on the previous page in this thread. I just got the drive and a 50 pack of Kodak DVD-R for $52.98 with free shipping...using the 25 off 75 coupon along with the Cyber Monday pricing. Just a heads up...

You won't receive a confirmation email right away... The guys over at FW say that the Staples billing system will send out the emails later this morning... I hope they're right... I printed out the confirmation screen regardless.
That's my only worry now.. because on SD, they are talking about these coupons aren't really legit because they were generated. I just hope they ship it ASAP so there's none of that bs about cancelling people's orders.
All we can do is wait and see what happens... Some of the older members at FW seem pretty confident that the orders will be honored. They recall that the same thing (Staples billing being down) happened last year and everything worked out in the end. I'm not so worried about the coupon not being legit as the coupons have been used for other things ever since Thursday with success.
True. The other thing on my mind is quantities. Once they run out, they run out. Seems like they haven't yet which is surprising to me... some people on SD are getting 2-3 HDDs.. with diff accounts. I'm just hoping that it doesn't get to that point similar to Buy.com's deal of that Panasonic plasma where the ordering system allowed too many orders to go through past their quota.
