I just walked into Best Buy and got one of 4 remaining 120G bundles. Glad I didnt get up early for that.
It was $59.99 Western Digital. Was going to pick up the portable 500GB too but didn't want to spend more money... Yeah, I was going to get the 500GB instead of the hard drive, but I guess I needed more space. Target was very organized and I was out quick. I went to the Super Target near BayBrook Mall. Pretty big line there...
I walked into Best Buy at 5am to get my washer and dryer. Like an idiot I went to the washer and dryer section not thinking "who would go to the washer and dryers to buy a washer and dryer?? Duh!" They directed me to the customer service area to buy my washer and dryer (that should've been obvious). I was about 8th or 9th in line at about 5:05. Three people got their stuff and left. I was 6th in line at about 5:20. I was 4th in line at about 6:35 (but only because 2 other people gave up waiting). Apparently their systems cratered or something. So they said they would take all of our credit card numbers and CVV2's and call us when the systems were back up and would charge our cards. I was leery of this to begin with, but decided to ask what the extended warranty on the washer and dryer was. They said $250 or something for each. So I'm thinking you're kidding... $250 to "insure" a $599 product for 5 years. I said "you realize I could just buy a lower-end washer and dryer for about that much as backup, right?" They were stumped. LOL. One said, but the washer is regularly $1100 or something. I said, well you could say it's regularly $5000 and it wouldn't matter since the that model number is only sold at Best Buy. I then said, well, I guess you can take down my info and I'll have to think about this. The lady said, no, we need your info now as a guarantee that you're purchasing this. I told them to go call Geek Squad to fix their overloaded systems and left. I went to Plan B which was a hop over to Home Depot to get another set that was cheaper. The extended warranty there was about $100 for 4 years. That, I can deal with. I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Of course I should've just gone online and bought it with the Bing 8% discount at Home Depot, but completely forgot about that. Oh well. I should have my washer and dryer in a couple of weeks. After about 2.5 hours of sleep and all that, I went to work and really did nothing on a day where hardly anybody was there. Woo! So far I've gotten my washer and dryer from HD, Madden 2010 and a book from Amazon. I'll probably just see what else Amazon will have on sale, and I'll be done for the year. I still want to get a Wireless N adapter for my Xbox since a surge fried the ethernet port on it. I'll probably grab that from Buy.com or something.
You didn't even need to walk in. It's online right now for purchase. Those of you interested, use Bing and get 5% off Best Buy purchases, to boot!
Dear Black Friday shoppers: I hate all of you. Love, a Fry's employee who just got done with a 14 1/2 hour shift and couldn't buy any sale items.
Ouch, dude that must have hurt.. If it make you feel better I was high as a kite and passed out at midnight that disable me to get in line for Black Friday...
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Lenovo.com is having a bf sale so add the Bing.com 20% lenovo discount to that and I should get the same laptop you got for ~$500. these Bing discounts are cash back, right? As in, pay for your stuff now and get your cash back some time next year? A discount is a discount but I'm just curious to know before I pull the trigger.
No kidding. I almost bought a bluray player just to buy some of them. lol. I broke my vow not to buy anymore dvd's until I get a bluray player by getting Slumdog Millionaire off Amazon for $7 or $8 (dvd, not bluray).

I think I just bought over 10 BDD for 7.99 each on amazon. Bad move I think but now I have my Kubrick collection complete.
Probably a little late on this but gamestop had amazing deals on games today. Got COD: MW2, Dragon Ages, and Demon Souls for a total of $38.92 on a buy two-get one free on pre-own games + %40 discount on trading in 6 crappy games that didn't even cost me $50 altogether. Had a saving of $76 on the %40 discount and a total of about $130 overall  .
I guess I ought to give up and pick up one of these $100 Blu-Ray players while they're still around. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170411923629
