Not surprising, but I'm new here so wasn't certain. The funny thing about birthers is they manage to give other conspiracy theorists a bad name. At least with **** like the moon landing and 9/11 there's a lot of science stupid people don't understand, which makes it easier for them to fall for the lies. There is absolutely zero evidence to indicate that Obama wasn't born in America and not even a poor interpretation of any evidence could lead one to believe so. They have to completely close their eyes to reality because they simply cannot accept the fact that their guy didn't win. It's a real shame that Republicans have allowed these people to become the most vocal voice of conservative opposition. It's certainly not good for the country when the opposition party is seemingly populated nearly entirely of crazy assholes.

How could we all have missed that TJ, before you embarass yourself again for the birther you are, no one here is saying that the original long-form birth certificate does not exist. What we are saying that is Obama or any other person who was born in Hawaii requests for their birth certificate, they are given the short-form certificate/COLB not the long-form certificate because the State Legislation says so.
No, it's up to anyone with a tangible interest. The problem with that standard is that it allows Obama to pretty much block anyone from viewing it. It's up to Obama...and he's forking over big $$$ to hide it... telling.

Are you saying Hawaii's Dept of State always provide the long-form BC when anyone requests for it but Obama when Obama requested for one, he conspired with state officials including the Republican State Governor to specifically provide him with the short-form BC instead?
None of these 'stupid lawsuits' would be necessary if he just pulled out the birth certificate and made it public. It's that easy. So why hasn't he done that yet?
