    YES!!!!!

I was waiting for this - I do wonder why you didn't touch on the extensions issue of Christian Wood and KPJ is that because it is the same next year too?

    Great read @BimaThug ...

Thanks, everyone, for the kind words.
This (2022-23) is the final season of having Troy Williams on the books.
Usman Garuba would be the fourth big.
I actually like Hartenstein as a NT-MLE signing as well. NOT so sure about giving him $17M this season, even if they could create that much cap room. But the Clippers can’t offer him more than the T-MLE and a wink-wink promise for more money in 2023.
Yeah, I wanted to keep it short-ish. Also could’ve talked about a John Wall buyout and it’s impact on cap room, but I thought I’d wait until after the draft at least. I might do a short article if/when a buyout actually happens.

Not gonna lie, I forgot he was on the team. Really hope he can slim down a bit and start looking like who he was the year before we drafted him.

Hartenstein is a good suggestion too. Probably comes much cheaper.

When do we get back our second round picks again? It feels like Morey traded them all away as far out as he was allowed to.

He does need to slim down a bit. He did show genuine promise for a few games down the stretch.

Only makes sense if Houston doesn't get hard capped by his contract.

He has too much sand in his pants. If he's going to be a super versatile defender then he needs to get his body in A+ shape.*

You didn’t include Jalen Green in the “Player Salary Commitments” section.

Not an issue. We're not even going into the tax at all....unless there's a very substantial trade that yields us assets that offset a tax season. Which has about a 1% chance of happening.

Pretty surprised to see some people now coming back around to Hartenstein. When I saw Hartenstein knocking down threes with the Vipers, I thought he had real promise as a long term project, so I was sorry to see him go. Happy that Hartenstein appears to have a future in the NBA.

I was always a Hartenstein fan. Was not happy when they waived him before the bubble to sign a guy (Mbah a Moute) who never actually played real minutes for them. He's since turned himself into a really good center, accepting that he's more of a traditional center and not (primarily) a stretch big. His rim protection is top-notch.

Oh wow - I read it many times and missed it. The non-bold threw me off, I guess. Sorry…I swear I was just trying to be helpful and not rude.
