I was at the game tonight so I didn't see the broadcast but I read about it on twitter. Did he really say that? Guess he's getting old...
He said something like "You see how the 2 black guys run the show!" they were all joking, I think Clyde even called Bullard black at some point. I wasn't offended, I actually lol'ed.
insert joker meme black man says "white people" no one bats an eye white man says "a black man" everyone loses their minds
I definitely don't think its offensive or racist. I'm just surprised that he would say that on tv. He must be getting old. Most professionals would be very aware of preventing controversy.
Bill Worrell is part black and has dated many African American ladies. Everyone knows where his heart is.
I don't find it offensive, but i could see how someone else would find it offensive in in the context of American culture and history. I think either could be offensive, whether it be "white guys" or "black guys." Surprised He would say that though. Not a bad broadcaster.
I'm black... so why should I get offended if someone says that black guy.. Wasn't offended at all... People too sensitive these days.. T_Man
