Hakeem played in an era where low scoring games were common. Jabbar's NBA was all about scoring 120ppg. The 1993 Rockets averaged like 92ppg. That creates more rebounds, more assists, more points, more possessions, more opportunity to pad stats for Kareem. If all centers of all time were playing against one another at their prime, you'd have to consider picking Hakeem. He had a way of raising his game against great centers in the playoffs. Kareem was great, but I doubt he would have been that great against Hakeem head to head. (Kareem also had a better year, but it doesn't help my argument so I won't tell you that he averaged 34 and 16 one year with Mil (71-72' I think))
