Bill Walton = Mr. Hot and Cold. Mr. All or nothing. Mr. "That's the best play in the History of the NBA!" and "That's the worse play in the History of the NBA!" No thanks. We don't need a wishy-washy coach.
I floated this idea on another thread, but come to think of it, Walton perhaps gets a little too caught up in the moment. The reason for thinking Walton would be a neat idea is that the 77-78 Blazers are exactly what the Rockets need to become. Which suggests another idea: Jack Ramsey as assistant coach, a la Tex Winter with Bulls/Lakers, specifically to craft a Yao-centric offense for the Rockets.
i'm sorry, but i have a stupid sense of humor...errr... "humour" (macbeth, ). i can't help but to laugh whenever walton says that. it's like hearing molly shannon say "superstar". good stuff.
