Every pupu platter has at least one good thing. If I had to guess, Papanikolaou is probably it. He's a creative player. So, if he stays healthy and works to improve, they got 'something' in that trade.
I hated to see Papa go, but he was a year or 2 away from really being a solid part of the rotation. Lawson helps us out now. We just have to control his DUIs.
