Now? He had guts to deny FL and MI the revote by citing party rules, but there was a lack in foresight about the backlash (one in a battleground state), and it could've been prevented by following the Republican method of halving the delegates early on.

You realize that if Hillary plays by the rules, ie, no plans to steal pledged delegates and abiding by the Party's decree that FL and MI's votes are stripped...no it's not Obama's fault, then she has a very very minuscule chance of winning?

If she had some decorum, she wouldn't have boosted a Republican candidate over her party rival. But that's not a rule, so it's okay.

Do you not understand that Hillary literally needs an advantage of around 100 of the remaining superdelegates PLUS huge wins in PA and WV PLUS wins or close races in OR, IN, NC, etc? Not one of those things is especially likely to happen. All three is virtually impossible, short of Obama being hauled away in handcuffs.

2-2 in supers -- after Obama's worst week of the 14 month campaign -- is horrible, horrible news for her. That Richardson is one of the ones going Obama is horrible for her too.

Do you pretend to not knowing statistics? Before today, it was 2-1 for Clinton. Can I then argue the rest will go 67% for Clinton?

You do realize though that under the Democrat rules Obama can't win the nomination outright either from the primaries and caucuses. If we are really about the rules then this should go to the convention where anything goes.

The party rule actually allows re-votes based on what I read. The problem is FL and MI don't want to re-vote.

If she can steal pledged delegates, all the power to her. She breaks no rules. These guys are supposedly most loyal to Obama. I highly doubt she can convert any.

One loser endorsing another. Endorsements at this stage of the game aren't that meaningful anyhow because most voters have already become acquainted with the two lib candidates. Heck, most have already voted.

Bill Richardson coming out and endorsing the Obama/Jeremiah Wright ticket is a mild surprise though, simply because I thought Richardson had retired from politics to go eat bean burritos full time at the Albuquerque Taco Bell.

Bill Richardson's chicken enchiladas..... have come home to ROOST.

G'DAM Amerikkka! G'DAM Bill Richardson's goatee! G'DAM the New Mexico Lobos! G'DAM this endorsement! G'DAM the fat content in a gordita!

Nice to see Trader letting loose. Having fun this year TJ? Looking forward to a campaign between two respectful and dignified candidates? I hear The Wire is good, you can netflix those during this off year for you.

Batman and others: How the hell does Hillary Clinton sleep at night? Them harping on the Jeremiah Wright thing is so last ditch and so devoid of substance... espeically in the face of that unbelievably bold and smart speech he gave. I mean, she named her only child after the fruity-ass joni mitchell song.. you there is not one iota of the clintons that is embarassed? I mean, I guess not. But I just can not imagine that people with their values (or people who once held those values) can live with themselves. If they were not personally involved in this election, can you imagine how excited they'd be about Obama? They must hate this.

Dude, its the Clintons. They are going down swinging.

But I'm sure Hillary will cozy up to President Obama when the crying is done.

Good point. After that mini-Tuesday, she had a legit point in carrying fairly large Dem strongholds. It still doesn't overshadow Obama's delegate and popular vote lead though.

The "will of the people" argument is on Obama's side. I like how she's sniping Obama over the revote issue while trying to pull superdelegates to override the primary process.

No doubt about it...and in his current state he needs her support to beat McCain.

The subprime mess has liquidated TJ's remaining sanity. Sounds like he's trying out a talk show radio fusion between Rush Limbaugh and Jim Cramer.

Interesting. You criticize the Clinton's for making an attack that in your opinion is devoid of substance and then you attack the Clintons for naming their kid after a Joni Mitchell song..

Sad but true. For all of his accomplishments most of the public just saw an overweight untelegenic guy.

Yeah. The last couple presidential elections all went to the the hotter guy (Gore included because he won the popular vote). So it won't surprise me that Obama wins this time.
