    This is one thing the McNair’s have never done. Casserly stays on after Capers, Smith stays on after Kubiak, and now possibly Easterby stays on after BoB

    Easterby should’ve been fired after getting tampering charges filed against them just a few months on the job.

    Im not so sure about Easterby.

    This is “His” team now possibly and it could be a bad thing or a great thing.

    But there is a reason why New England was furious he left for Houston to begin with.

    He knows all the inner workings he’s seen it first hand remember this isn’t a guy who was just team chaplan. He was so much more and meant so much more especially to Belichick.

    Let’s just enjoy the fact he had enough “balls” to fire his buddy O’Brien and put personal feelings aside from business.

    I remember after the Hopkins trade went down, many ex-players spoke out in code or straight up spoke bad about BOB, and I had never seen or heard of something like that ever happen.

    Now more stories are coming out, and man, BOB sounds toxic. Can't believe he lasted as long as he did.

    According to the article, the Krafts seemed to be much more pissed about Easerby leaving for personal reasons than Belichick himself.
