This firing came 4 games too late. Should have been done after the KC debacle in the playoffs.

Still would have had Hopkins and 1st round draft picks.

Why is everyone saying he is a great guy but bad coach? He was a jerk that by all accounts didn't get along with anyone.

backstabbed his way to greater power.

I would tend to agree with you but he does seem to care greatly about his family and especially his disabled son... too heart-warming to call him a b*stard imo.

Jack Easterby with the power play.

If he sticks around at least we know he will do whatever it takes.

In poetic fashion, BoB got backstabbed by Easterby in order for Easterby to gain greater power.

I don't trust Easterby at all.

Not so fast. OB should’ve been gone in the offseason before the hop trade. Let’s see what he does from here before we start appreciating him.

Easteby did what he had to do and fired his buddy. It’s great personal feelings don’t get in the way of business.

And if Easterby finally has his “own” team then let him make his mark.

Because there was a reason why New England was furious that he left. He knows all the inner workings.

Maybe we hire Dabo who’s also very religious or McDaniels instead of Eric B.

    Either way I’m good

Easterby is Wormtongue. Never let anyone that enters through the God door gain power. They’re just trying to pull a fast one on you. Good country people by Flannery O’Connor.

Now can they hire Analytics Team like the Patriots Front Office.

If the Texans want to really win, they need to research for the best Qualifying Candidates for General Manager, Assistant General Manager and Front Office even hiring more Scouts.

The Texans need to Draft better.

The Rockets and Astros are run by Analytics and win more often.

Pompei: Giving up Duane Brown, Jadeveon Clowney and De’Andre Hopkins is one thing. Not getting a single first-round pick in return is another.

    Yikes !
