Lambier is getting a beatdown for his prediction from everybody. Stephen A. Smith is worthless.

sure the rockets are the underdogg; but it seems to me u are not really a rockets fans. Why argue, why not go along with it and support your team.

Who would have thought we were giving them a run for their money. It's official. We scared the "bejucies" out of Lakertown.

I didn't know which way to spell it since I've seen both, and I didn't know what a Keyser was (could have been a first name) but I knew that Kaiser was a German title, I went that. :)

Laimbeer is looking like someone of a seer right now instead of some loony.

What crime did he commit? Just predicting your "favourite" team to win? Why does everyone have to kiss Lakers' a$$? You know that the favourite horse in Japanese race track is the slowest one? Because of the odds, tons of people are betting on him.

Sure you should:) Franz Beckenbauer was called Kaiser. It means Cesar or Emporer in German.

Shaq's rookie year was Laimbeer's last. Unless Laimbeer was injured, he probably has.

    doubtful.

lambier only played 11 games in the 1993-1994 season before retiring due to an altercation with isaiah thomas being the final straw

They have indeed met, 3 times in fact:

    12/09/92

    1/02/93

    11/17/93

Check out the stats on the last game.

I remember Barkley picked the Pacers to beat the Lakers in 6 a few years ago, when Indiana had no chance. The funny thing is he'd always been up LA/Shaq's ass that whole year. I think the networks tell guys to make picks like that so people will still tune in. I want to say guys were picking the Nets and Sixers to beat LA too. Of course Isiah picked Indiana to beat LA as well when he was a commentator - I'm sure it had NOTHING to do with him wanting to coach there the next year.
