I think of him as more of an analyst, but yeah. He is one of my favorites.

Was he in Sienfeld once? I swear I saw him in it....with a FUR coat I think.

No then the Lakers would win for sure off the power of Shaq's shoulder and Malone's elbow.

Lol. It's a joke, guy. That's Laimbeer's schtick. He's the resident Laker-hater on the crew. Apparently ESPN felt the need to balance out Greg Anthony or something. Laimbeer would pick the Nuggets to beat LA. Fans didn't spell his name as "Lamebeer" on signs for nothin.

just because he won some championships makes him a good commentator? putting things simply? by simply do you mean stupidly? i'm sorry i wish the rockets would win too... but it hurts me to hear his commentary... they should have gotten someone else. with all do respect to the player, the commentator stinks.

Don't be fooled. Before it went live, the program director asked them: "Hey guys, one of you needs to predict a Rox win." Then he heard no answer, so he went one more time with his request. Then Bill said:" Okay, I will do it. You guys just don't laugh at me afterward, OK?".

Well it does take quite a understanding of the game to win a championship even if its the WNBA . He also won 2 rings himself with the pistons. So i think he knows what he is talking about.

I dont know about you, but who would have ever thought bill lambier aka "the prince of darkness" would ever coach a wnba team to a championship and I wouldnt be surprised if he eventually coached a nba team.

Alot of people agree that the Lakers are a much better team in the playoffs. What if the Rox are also much better than in the regular season...;)

Sounds like somebody's been drinking some extremely laim beer.

But remember, C-Webb picked us in '95 when we were the sixth seed, and everyone played back his prediction after we won. When you're right with a pick like this, you're a genius. When you're wrong, nobody remembers.
