It seems like the more people like him, the taller he gets.
Wonder what happens if he busts. Does he get shorter? :D

Biggest surprise is watching the Rockets play smoothly and fluidly, VanVleet is better than advertised (praying he stays healthy). I'm not surprised about Dillon Brooks, I knew he is a fun and play hard basketball player.

It's the regular season, just wait until the playoffs and teams play him off the floor.

He can't anchor a defense from the bench.

    • Didn't expect the efficiency to be that high.
    • Didn't expect the Kings to suck that bad. Basically Rockets holding them to this standard.
    • The Kings really are a borderline tanking team without Fox.

The biggest surprise is the 3 pt shooting, no other thing comes close.

Y'all were even saying Rox gonna be the worst 3 pt shooting team come to find out the entire team is shooting 36.6% from 3.

Rockets have the best coaching staff in the entire league IMO. We got miracle workers on the sidelines.

You missed that the first 3 games they shot borderline horribly.

    Shooting comes and goes.

Biggest surprise so far for me has got to be Tate shooting 53% from deep (career 31%). It's a small sample size but he clearly has been working. Always thought he was a heck of an all around player, he just needed a deep ball. Looking good so far.

He is inactive and listed as dead contract......even if the paperwork did not go through, he is not a member of OKC's roster.

Most surprised about his threes is he’s hitting from the elbow. Not just corner 3’s

That was already factored in the 36.6% shooting. If you look at their recent shooting percentages most guys are hitting above 40%

Shooting comes and goes but I don't remember anyone averaging 50% from 3 last season even for just 3 games.

That surprises you after FVV was slow paced in Toronto and Dillon was slow paced in Memphis?

    Glad they are shooting 70%.....
