Negative. My problem was with posters starting stupid *** threads like "Which Disney Princess does best represent T-Mac". Do we really need more useless threads like that?!

Your "problem" started long before that, but I am glad that you have finally come around. :)

This has been a problem, but I guess my other problem is holding senior members to higher standards but I have come around to expecting less from you now. Not a big deal anymore ;)

Why do something silly like that? You'll feel even worse the next time I turn out to be right about something.

Feeling worse would be implying that I disagreed with you all this time, which is wrong. I've been watching the Rocket's for a long time now and for most of us 99'ers, we have been a costumed and appreciative to watching some TOUGH Rocket's players over the year's (like the Elie's, Thorpe's, Barkley's, hell even Francis played with TONS f heart). So I know where your'e coming from. My problem with you and other posters are just posting dumb **** like coming up with different nicknames for Mcgrady after every game, and its fine and fun but I rarely saw anything else from you. If I didn't know any better, I would think you were rooting against him. I root for all the players because I want them to succeed for the team. I do draw the line when they quit on the team though.

Or Drexler coaching U of H after a season with Barkley (but what did Drexler have left to prove anyway...)

Forgot it was the strike shortened year with Pippen. I dont know if it helps his case or not that he'd have so much compressed quit in a half-season.

I didn't read the whole thread, and this may be sacreligous, but didn't Mad Max quit on the Rockets shortly after they traded for Clyde?

Maxwell has always thought that the Rockets were not going to give him an contract extension, and getting Clyde, who plays the same position as him didn't sit well with him.

He didn't 'quit' like TQuack. When he played ball, he played ball. Rudy decided to put him on permanent vacation.

as I mentioned before, the story has happy ending. Max and the Rockets and Rudy made amends.

Pippen's heart was never really into Houston. He wasn't anointed to be the face of the franchise cuz Dream was already here. Tracy, on the other hand, was brought in to become "that guy" because Yao simply wasn't that great when Tracy came in. All of our eggs were put into the whole Tracy-Yao basket and now with Yao transforming into the beast he is, Tracy has wilted like a un-watered flower, effectively screwing the Rockets franchise for many years to come. The tremendous amount of assets the Rockets brass put into the Tracy experiment was a risk that it had to take, but unfortunately it hasn't panned out 4-5 years later. We all believed McGrady would change if put into a good situation, but a cheetah can never change his spots. Tracy was a lazy, selfish, malcontent in Toronto and Orlando, and 4-5 years after his arrival to Houston, he has shown his true colors again. He straight up quit. He had all the pieces in place this season to win a championship, but just quit. What a loser.

1995 Playoffs - Game 1 against the Jazz, Rockets loss. Who half-assed it and jacked up a bad three at the buzzer (never to play for the Rockets again)?

I don't think the circumstances of his departure define Maxwell's Rockets career. Nor do I think this season should define McGrady's

Pippen's entire Rockets career was whining, disappointment, and calling out of other players. That is the difference.

My opinion is that Clutchfans members are the real 'Drama Queens' in this situation.

Wasn't there another rockets player who tried to cockblock a trade of himself?

Ya know, that guy who wanted to go to the Super Bowl instead of being with his team. The guy who half assed his own rehab (not tmac) so that he was never ready to play for the rockets again. The guy who built Toyota Center lol.

As for Maxwell, jumping into the stands and punching a guy in the face doesn't bode well in getting a contract extension. He said himself he quit on the team. Elie called him out on it also.
