    Warriors

    "Historical" team
    Best record
    MVP
    (2) DPOY
    6th man
    COY
    ""Arguably" best two-way SG"

    Finals win or bust!

The Cavs because they're heavy favorites in the Eastern Conference. They're expected to make the ECF.

Warriors, while good, should definitely make it to the second round. Nobody would be surprised if they meet a worthy opponent in the second round.

Based on the season they've had, yes, they are favored to go to the Finals. Based on their original expectations (from last season and keeping their core players), they were not expected to go to the Finals.

Cavs were expected to get to the Finals the moment LeBron came back and they traded for Love. Add in the Smith, Shumpert, and Mosgov trades as well, anything less than the Finals will be a MASSIVE disappointment.

Media would hate to see the Warriors lose the most
They are very invested in that team

Cavs have the excuse of only being in Year 1

    BUT
for me. . the Cavs losing is worse
Cause ATL . . i would not be surprised if they lost in the 1st round
If they played The Celtics they just might

Warriors won't beat the Spurs in the 2nd round if the Rockets get the 2nd seed. Book it.

Spurs will probably be the 6th seed in that scenario, and so wouldn't face the Warriors in the 2nd round - so, booked.
