    That lineup made me tingle.

We still need anther big guy like Tyson Chandler or Chris Bosh.
Being that there isn't that many good options from the list.

The cap hold for Scola will actually be worse, at it will be the maxium the Rockets can offer him (i don´t know how this is calculated) with bird rights.

So Scola would count against the cap until he is resigned for at least 9 million dollars if not more.

Yo can see the cap hold here.

I agree with this idea in principle...Keep McGrady if he comes back healthy to come off the bench. I believe we'll get back the McGrady who lead us to the 22 in a row when Yao went down last year. He could turn into a triple double machine. I also believe that at this point in his career he could play within Adelman's system without demanding the ball.

I've said for awhile that we need a quality back-up for Yao. We need to limit him to two solid quarters a game now, the 1st and 4th maybe. This could also depend upon the matchup situations. I'd love a bigman with range, but a 7-footer w/an insane wingspan who can run and jump out the building for dunks and blocked shots would also work. This way we could run the pick and roll like CP2 and Tyson Chandler with our own Broooks and Lowry and a running/jumping center. Can you imagine how this would run down the other teams centers? Running out with one center to defend the shot or pickand roll, then bang down low with Yao?

The only piece missing is a pure shooter.....any ideas? Is there a Ray Allen clone out there?

I would love Wade here in Houston, I am a Heat fan also, but Wade wants to win and to do so either Bosh goes to Miami or Wade leaves the hell hole formerly known as Miami. And by the way we seen what Wade can do with great centers i.e Shaq , Zo etc

    WTF

We have the premier defensive team in the league and you want to bring in Kyle Korver. From Utah. I don't even know where to begin with this.

    Better 'splain yourself boy.

So you mean the rox can just offer him 4 millions?

That´s saying we will loose him in free agency.

he's a deadly shooter. we can afford to let brent barry go and bring on korver. barry hasn't sniffed much of the playoffs and has been injured at least 1/3 of this yr. why is this hard to comprehend "boy"?

How are you counting him out in Miami?

they made it to the first round with a team of rookies just about.

No it, it means that he will only count 4 million against the cap until we sign him or renounce our rights to him. We can offer him as much as we want up to the max because we have his bird rights.

The point of that was the show he actually has thrown the team under the bus at one point. Although, I do also believe T-Mac gives a lot more effort in the post-season. You still need to show signs in the regular season as well. Shaq dominated in the regular season, but just dominated even harder in the playoffs. So don't compare those two.
