stars are friends with each other. they belong in an elite club. just watch the tipoff. you see one team's superstar chatting with the other team's superstar on the court before the ball gets on play. and what's wrong with chatting with the opposing team's players? this thread exposes some pretty childish people here.

I was gonna propose the Bonzi Wells Thunderthighs photos but yeah, I don't think any photo has been overanalyzed more than the "skinnier" Steve Francis ones.

Also that one where Yao got a haircut. That was my favorite thread ever.

Since when does McGrady "wear off in the fourth"? Say what you will about his overall game, but he finishes strong just as often as (if not more than) he starts strong.

That's funny because that dude from the Lakers forum is wrong. Jordan used to buddy up to players before games all the time so that they might drop their guard a bit during games so he could torch them.

While coaching the Knicks, JVG called MJ out in the media on this and labeled him a con artist. Jordan read it and it pissed him off so he took it out on John Starks. JVG brings that story up now and again when talking about not giving great players extra motivation.

This isn't unusual. MJ and Barkley were very good friends....and MJ would kick his ass too....
