It's decent, but there are at least 4 players who i keep on forgetting are even in the house till they pop up in the episode. I thought Rousso would run away with it until last night, but I still have a feeling she sorts things out and wins.
Pretty smart, assuming they're doing it on purpose. If I were to ever go on this show, I would just be nice to everyone (without being obvious about it) and fly under the radar as long as I could. Survive the initial weeding-out process, and start really playing once all the people who pissed someone off too early in the game are inevitably voted out. Anyway, still watching. Still not a fan of the double HOH they implemented last season. I'll always watch, though.
I hadn't really thought about it, but Vanessa doesn't have the numbers. They would have been fine voting Austin out and gaining Julia next week.
Agree with you completely about the double HOH. it's awful. I think your strategy is way easier said than done, which is why we've never seen it. It's not easy to turn yourself into any sort of authority/leader figure when you've been a passive, submissive, wallflower for a month or two.
My thoughts so far... Clay is the douche of all douches. John is my favorite character. Why do they always seem to cast the loud mouthed black chick when I'm sure that black women more representative of the race apply? Jackie is my favorite player. Vanessa is going too hard too soon. Austin would have been better suited for Survivor. Shelli will probably win. Why do I feel sorry for Becky, other than the fact she got hit my a train. I hate it when people compare Jason to Frankie. Jason is far more likable. Steve is floating like a fox. I hope James hits Meg. The twins sound like strip bar announcers and look like Home Depot cashiers. Audrey's family was very well-adjusted. Nice package.
lol. i've had it in mind that they sound like some mix of a deaf person/Bullwinkle Moose. i still find them to be pretty hot though.
I am always amazed when the HOH ends up going after someone in their own alliance ( ie. Vanessa taking out Austin ). Vanessa is mocking Austin for being emotional but both times he betrayed her she let her emotions get the best of her too. Switching her plans to thwart crimes of passion. Austin is not a threat to her game. She made the smart decision in the end. Only Jason will go after her if so lucky to get HOH. There will be three couples in the house next week who Vanessa can point to as targets if needed ( twins, Austin-Liz, and Clay Shelli ). If they don't start taking out the pairs one will make it to the end and control the game. Poor Austin has no friggin clue. Does he not remember Liz under the covers with Jeff? Idiot is swooning for Golden asss. That moment with Jeff should have been his wake up call. He's giving up 500k for a girl who doesn't even give a crap about him. Lol at James not taking Meg to the Outback. It would be best for the weaker side of the house to keep Jason as he keeps the target off their back, and he's gunning for someone now on the other side. Jason will need to mobilize them however, and that may prove to be futile as they are sitting back.
The train noise last night when Becky dropped a ball was so wrong and hilarious. Jackie is my favorite to look at, but I have to be careful saying that too much because she looks way too much like a friend of ours. Who I also think is very hot.
I thought a fun week so far watching Shelly and Clay crumble after two bad decisions ( to drop the HOH and to piss off the house last week ). They got themselves in trouble. Smirking about when all is good. And now that it turned on them, Shelly is about to breakdown. And from the late night feed it looks like they are isolating themselves from the house and hiding under the covers. Throwing Vanessa under the bus a-la carte. And just falling apart altogether. Hilarious watching all of Clays mumbles. And Shelly realizing her cradle robbing is for a young do do bird at times, although think his calm nature will help him down the road. Never making waves. Surprised Becky blabbed. She picked a side, but burned the other when it wasn't really necessary to show her cards. Think Shelly is done this week. I don't see how she survives.
Really good episode last night. James has some serious cojones and bold moves like last night are what make Big Brother great. Shelli should go home. She wins HOH and then whines about getting blood on her hands and makes Clay ask John if he would throw the comp for her. She is spineless. Jason said she is "evil personified". It's an exaggeration, but her crying all the time is becoming cringe worthy. And Becky betraying the other side of the house? Did she get hit by another train? It seems Clay and Shelli are the "cool kids" and everybody sucks up to them. I'm thinking Julia may get reallly pissed at Austin eventually and spill the beans that Liz doesn't even like him at all, which would be highly entertaining. Gotta say Vanessa is the best game player so far. She has succumb to her emotions on a couple occasions, but she is more intelligent, persuasive and genuine than Clelli and/Austin-LIz/twinz, so she should continue to survive.
