The biggest complaint about the BCS is that it does not give the smaller schools an equal opportunity. If Nebraska wins then guess who gets an opportunity? One of those schools that nobody thought had a realistic chance to get in the title game.
The kick was pretty much guaranteed from its position, but the position itself was a blessing from the football gods. I.E the ball going out of bonds during the kickoff, and the 15 yard penalty for the personal foul toward the end. Colt sadly lost his heisman tonight.

The last Nebraska kick off lost the game for the them; what a stupid mistake. I know Texas is undefeated, but they have not impressed me all year and I have seen them play several times. When you make the Aggies look like world beaters and the Nebraska defense look like they are in the NFL, something tells me that Alabama is the next national champion. Yes, I am a TCU alum and was rooting for Red. I am also a UH alum; it hasn't been a good day.

to be fair that receiver from texas that dropped that wide open pass from mccoy after the pump faked that would have been an easy touchdown cost texas as well matter fact texas receivers period almost cost them the game. they dropped some critical passes
I'm unsure what you saw today that gives you any confidence whatsoever against Bama. I'm not saying that UT can't win, but I wouldn't be that confident.
Well they looked great against VA Tech but then again Va Tech's offense never looks good against any defense that is above average or even average.
Im confident that giving mushcamp a month to prepare for Bama and with our solid run defense and pass rush , there offense will be stagnant . Hopefully colt steps the ****s up
Agree, I think you let them play in that situation. In that particular play, there's a chance Shipley might get 10 yards after the catch without the horse caller anyway. You're basically telling a defender you can bring a guy down from up top in any fashion, just let the ball carrier go free if you cant grab waist or leg.
