Big 12 Bowl Games

    yeah, its not a good sign, luckily texas is playing iowa who isn't as good as cal or rutgers. hopefully if rutgers is good next season, we'll see them against a better team.

    Beyond that, the K-State offense that just crushed our defense got completely shutdown by Rutgers, and the A&M defense that completely shut down our offense got torched by Cal.

    Texas (and the Big 12) just wasn't very good this year.

    It's odd how schools often have a somewhat consistent demeanour year after year... e.g. I trust OSU to show-up. The Aggies have lost some fire under the current coaching staff. UT performs far better when they have a strong leader (which has been a rarity here). VY was a great leader and you saw what happened; Colt's no such leader but a good enough qb to have a very positive effect... w/o him the team falls apart. Tech can be scrappy or cr*ppy. I expected more from KState yesterday.
