The reporting and his comment are very confusing. He was elected to another 5-year term last year, so he's going to be around much longer. It seems he's saying that he won't be campaigning for "local elections" after this next one. This doesn't rule out another run for President. His mention of a mandate by law is confusing. I don't think they have term limits. And what the heck is "transferring a legacy to my siblings"? Anyhow, it's pretty silly to indirectly attack Biden's age again with this. The US absolutely should not be learning from this man or Turkey's current system. I see those ads from the right about Biden dying in office before the State of the Union address.
