    You are the one that seems to not understand the Act passed in 1963 establishing the meaning of President Elect and what happens when there is an apparent winner, which Biden clearly is.

    If it is the one I think it is... then it says in the document that the term is defined specifically for the use within that act. Not a general act to define the term. The term itself is self explanatory... the elected president... that is the person who the electoral college chooses. Just remind me when they meet? Did they already meet yet?
