Weed is the new alcohol. Chronic weed use is a problem.

 

As for cocaine - it is available in Chicago and it is good quality (not as good as it was in Texas 25 years ago) but you have to be in the right circles, which up here means wealthy people that live in the city that have some degree of social fame.

The odd thing is that the stuff that the wealthy and famous get up here actually costs LESS that what you would pay live in a neighborhood like Cicero or the Southside.
