Cleveland has always been rumored to want Lebron back and I would not be surprised if Lebron would listen. In the summer of 2014 Lebron can opt out. I don't know all the specifics, but this might make sense financially to increase his max contract deal for longer years. So after next year, does Miami or Cleveland provide a better supporting cast for Lebron: Miami: PG: Chalmers / Cole SG: Wade / Allen SF: Lebron / Miller PF: Haslem / Battier / Lewis C: Bosh / Andersen + No 2013 Draft picks, Could have 2 2014 1st round picks (one from 76ers top 12 protected), 2015 1st round pick goes to Cleveland Cleveland: PG: Irving SG: Waiters / Ellington SF: Lebron / Gee PF: Thompson / Speights C: Noel / Varejao / Zeller + Assuming Noel is picked 1 overall, they also have another 1st round pick this year (#19), 2014 they could have 2 1st round picks (theirs and Kings top 12 protected), 3 2015 1st round picks Cavs could keep all those players if they wanted, would only have to resign Ellington next year, everyone else is either a 2014 summer FA or has options/contracts beyond that.
Cleveland I think It would be like LeBron hitting the reset button. Irving and Noel would be like younger versions of Wade & Bosh (albeit very different in their respective games). Waiters and Thompson would be fantastic role players. LeBron would jump right in and they wouldn't miss a beat.
