Unfortunately for Blatt, if he wins the title, he gets none of the credit because everyone says how couldn't you win with all that talent. BUT, if he loses, he gets all the blame. Its a tough situation, Blatt came into the league with promise and hope to coach a young roster into a contender. Then he was instead expected to win a title ASAP. Given the expectations for a rookie coach, and where the Cavs are now, you have to say Blatt has done an incredible job to forge an identity for the Cavs. Spoelstra was not a rookie coach when Lebron arrived, he had a few seasons under his belt. Blatt has had to adjust to the league on the fly. Its as if you were hired to be the president of a small company, but then were told on day one that the company better triple in revenue in year one or your fired. Incredible amount of stress Blatt must have night in night out.
