I work out pretty much every day at lunchtime and what is normally played in the weight room is classic rock. Here is what we have found to be people's favorites: Black Sabbath's first 4 albums Pretty much any AC/DC album "Screaming for Vengeance" - Judas Priest "Who's Next" - The Who "Core" - Stone Temple Pilots "Ten" - Pearl Jam "Led Zeppelin II" - Led Zeppelin "Boston" - Boston Now, I have brought in Pantera, early Metallica, and Rammstein before into the gym and I was told real quick that that music was TOO intense!
Everyone here already knows you're a big music fan, Manny, but I gotta reiterate that anyone who recognizes "Core" on any list that is positive, definitely knows what they're talking about. You clearly know good music because it doesn't get much better than that CD. Ha, Metallica and Rammstein too intense? Neverrrr.... Seriously, you'd be hard pressed to find a better definition of workout music than Metallica.

"Bodyrock" - Moby The entire "Broken" EP by NIN - talk about intense and brutal; it is my favorite thing done by Trent.
