Questions... I've just started working out about 5 weeks ago, and decided to buy some Whey Protein at GNC do I drink it before work out? or after? it doesnt say how much to take! 1 tablespoon per glass of milk? how many times do you drink it per day?
Also Is it better to work out in the morning before eating? during the afternoon after lunch or around evening before dinner? My friend told me in the morning but I dont feel I have the same energy to work out in the morning as I do during the evening. or does it matter?
I never suggest people work out on an empty stomach, maybe acceptable in certain cardio situations, but never for resistance training. There is no rule of thumb about what is "best" for you, its about when you're -at- your best. Some people feel better from a morning workout, some from afternoon, some from evening. For me, I can't physically train after about 2pm, I just lose focus. I can't really do cardio before 5pm, I just don't operate that way for some reason. I do what feels and works best for me, and you should too.

Can't find that on Wal-Mart's website, or is it in store purchase only? If so where do you get it, that's pretty dang cheap.
