You know, strip clubs are always a great idea in the abstract and ex ante, but unless you're there on somebody elses dime, the cost benefit rarely lives up to its pre-game hype, unless you go for the extras being discussed....and that of course has its risks and rewards.

never been to a strip club in the USA. Went to a couple in Prague with some buddies. But never been to one here. Turned 21 a week ago, so I think I may finally make my way down to Houston some day and head over to one.

Great point. While i like em i usually just sit around and drink rather than blowing a bunch of money on something thats not worth it...though i havent been to a place (that i know of) that has extras.
Show Palace on Spencer is butt-naked. It's a hit or miss place but what do you expect is in Pasadena.
City clubs don't have squat when compared to the County clubs. It's all about the dance rooms. Why would anyone pay for a lap dance, when they can witness one a foot away for free? I like the saying, "Out of sight, out of mind.
Treasures ain't what it used to be. It seems every few years a new order comes about. I remember when The Colorado and Centerfolds were the places to go. I wouldn't go into either one anymore. Treasures has turned into skankville. Every girl in there wants "extras" at an additional fee. No offense, but I'm not paying a girl $100 to rub one out. The Men's Club is the highest class one in town right now. Plus, they've got a hell of a happy hour. Alas, my stripper days are in their twilight. Used to be the easiest place to get some action (for free). These days, either the girls are in it only for the money, or I'm getting too old for this stuff.
I haven't been to Treasures in Years, but I've never, ever had a bad time there... If your on the South side, Heartbreakers in Dickinson is alright, but it's been years also...
Treasure's has gone downhill in the last year. But that happens with every strip club in Houston. The women get bored with one place, and move to the next one. Heartbreakers is usually pretty good. But it's so far away from us in-towners.
