I wish it was that easy. I was interviewing with a law firm. They took about 30 law students to dinner there. Must have spent a few grand when it was all said and done. Open bar, salad, steak, sides, and dessert. Not cheap.
wow...no strip house is very expensive...the steak itself is almost 40..and it comes with no sides at all..each side is about 10 dollars...so the steak and 2 sides itself is 60...then the lobster soup prolly another 15..and wine depends on how expensive your taste is..Overall i thought the food was good (especially the sides) but would prefer Taste of Texas.
Morton's is excellent but I never ate at either Houston location, only been to ones in Chicago and LA. Substantial servings too, unlike Ruth's Chris IIRC.
Ruth's Chris' side are huge, and meant to be shared. And their au gratin potatoes are amazing. I wasn't too big a fan of Morton's.
Yeah, I went to the Mortons in Hong Kong and it was great. Im sure it would be even better in houston cause its its in the US. and They do give good servings like you said
