    a place called mayuri on hillcroft or mogul in clear lake (im not sure if mogul is south indian food though)

    nothing wrong with north indian food


    its just not as awesome as south indian thats all

    I know there is a Mayuri on Westheimer and it is AWFUL.

    There is this place called Udipi or something in Sugar Land.

    It is amazing!

    Actually Bombay Sweets is listed as South Indian.

    Shiv Sagar by Hilcroft and 59. Best dosas in town imo. I've been to all the places mentioned above: Mayuri, Madras Pavillion, Udipi, Bhalavji bhavan etc....I'll still recommend Shiv Sagar :cool:

    South Indian food is boring.

    Just doesn't even compare in flavor and spice of North Indian

    I ate at Udipi four or so years ago and enjoyed it.

    Madras Pavillion aint what it used to be, sorry to say.

    Mogul is GOOD. Just be prepared to leave smelling like curry, but it's well worth it.
