You know I always wondered if these famous athletes go to youtube to see if there are any fan made video highlights of themselves. So they find some videos and then find that their bad ass high lights were ruined by ****ty rap from Little Bow Wow or some high pitched techno beat. You know they gotta be saying to themselves, "Goddammit not another Link Park song!"

This shouldn't even be a question. Pele is the undisputed, worldwide recognized G.O.A.T. Saying George Best was better than Pele is like saying that Magic was better than Jordan.
WRONG!!! Get your analogies straight. When it comes to G.O.A.T. in basketball, Magic is right there on that very short list. Just look at all the numbers and rings. Not commercials and media exposure. Part of the deal with Best, and it's not his fault by any means, is that N. Ireland never went to the WC. At club level there is no doubt of his excellence. That is why the 7 shirt at Manchester Utd. is so sacred, not just anyone gets to wear it. But Pele made the number 10 shirt the standard of excellence for countries. Not clubs. Countries. And by the way maybe Kobe could have been a good futbol player, but guess what number he's wearing to the olympics.
Nope, I don't see anything wrong with the analogy. If I had said Steve Nash then perhaps you could complain. George Best was great in his own right, just as Magic was great in his own right. But Jordan is the undisputed G.O.A.T. in basketball just as Pele is the undisputed G.O.A.T. in football.
I agree Jordan is the best basketball player ever. But I think it'd be much easier to make a case that Magic > Jordan than Best > Pele. Magic is the best ever in his own position and might be one of the best front court players ever if he has chosen to play there. On top of that he has the rings to boot. What has Best won?
