Abdominal pain for me has always ended up as diarrhea.

If it is sore to the touch, you may have an organ that is inflamed or some kind of fluid buildup.

Go see a doctor. It isn't worth guessing.

It could be your body telling you that you're too old for a myspace.

Sounds like your liver is inflamed.

    Early cirrhosis, maybe?

It could be something simple, like an allergy, etc.

Sadly, it could be something serious like cirrhosis or congestive heart failure. Fatty needs to get to a doctor ASAP.

We do not want to lose Fatty needlessly.

Based on your post history, it's liver failure. Be sure to milk it during your campaign.

    Not funny.

Fatty may have his issues. We all do. Joking about him having a liver problem just is not funny.

Liver's on the right, pain's on the left. And he's not having cirrhosis at 37.

    Ease up.

Sorry. It is hard to tell who is really making light of a potentially bad situation. That type of thing really bothers me. I apologize. It sounds like that was not your intent.

Pain went away. I'd say it appears it was an inflamed part of my intestine.

I did set up a doctor's appt. for Saturday, though.

    Peptic Ulcer?

Contrary to general belief, more peptic ulcers arise in the duodenum (first part of the small intestine, just after the stomach) than in the stomach.

    are we starting a pool?

I had the pain you describe for a long time and it was diagnosed as Gastritis. Being a healthy drinker and a chronic worrier with a bad diet seemed to cause this.

Still haven't given up the beers though. I'm not a quitter.
