I think one of the best buzzer beaters was one we lost on, but it was one we were involved in too...

It was against the L.A. Clippers, where Buck Johnson hit one from 55 feet w/ like 1 or 2 seconds left, and then one of the Clippers through one back in our face and won the game right there....now that was amazing...

You have to go with Sampson. Simply classic.

Elie's won a 7 game series after they had been down 0-2, & 1-3. So I consider his a series buzzer beater and not just a game buzzer-beater, and therefore the top one.

i saw Maxwell's and Sampson's and both were throw-it-and-pray-it-goes-in shots. elie's was calculated and all net touche-like.

What about Jalen Rose's 'buzzer beater' to beat us late last season. That was a real doozy, damn those refs.

What was even more sweeter about that shot was Calvin Murphy calling it w/ Drexler in motion to shoot it....

I gonna have to go with the three pointer Kenny the Jet Smith shot against the Magic in game one. That shot decided that series. It took away one man confidence away that had a promising future in the NBA (Nick Anderson). It propel the Rockets to their back to back championship in a sweeping fashion. There was simply no shot or buzzer beating shot that had so much going for it. AHH good times:) .

It has to be Sampsons last second shot to beat the Lakers. That night I went from being a casual fan to being a die hard fan of the Rockets. I can still see Michael Cooper lying on the court with a look of complete disbelief. IT WAS AWESOME!!! :D
